Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests are subject to the terms and processing timeframes set by jkt48. jkt48 reserves the right to request identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Funds will only be transferred to an account registered in the user's name. In the event of any discrepancy, jkt48 reserves the right to place the withdrawal on hold pending investigation.

Jkt48 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss arising from the use of or inability to use this platform, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities. jkt48's total liability to any user shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.
Account Suspension & Closure
Jkt48 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time for the following reasons: breach of terms of use, fraud or suspicious activity, failure to verify identity, or upon request by the relevant authorities. Any valid balance in a closed account will be returned to the account holder once the investigation is complete, except in confirmed cases of fraud.
Intellectual Property
All content on the jkt48 platform — including logos, text, graphics, user interfaces, and software — is the exclusive property of jkt48 and is protected under Malaysia's intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, display, or exploit any platform content without prior written consent.
